Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Figure AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access or use the app.

Description of Service

Figure AI is a mobile application that transforms user-provided images into artistic styles inspired by animation. The app offers both free and paid features through in-app purchases.

User Accounts

To use certain features of Figure AI, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to disable any user account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Figure AI offers in-app purchases for credits and features:

• All purchases are processed through your device's app store
• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Available Packages

Weekly 100 Credit Subscription: This subscription package adds 100 credits to your account every week. The subscription will continue to renew automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

10 Credit One-Time Package: This is a one-time purchase that adds 10 credits to your account. These credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload to Figure AI. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and transform your images
• Store your images as necessary to provide the service

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and must have the legal right to use them.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Figure AI to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden our systems

Intellectual Property

The Figure AI app, including its code, design, logos, and other content (excluding your uploaded images), is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Figure AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be secure, error-free, or available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Figure AI.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Effective Date."

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
